When you use the contact form, I process the information you enter (name, email, company, desired service, budget, message), as well as the landing page and the source of your visit (UTM parameters, referring site).

This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible proposal (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). Your message reaches me by email via the Resend service. Requests that don't lead to a project are deleted no later than 3 years after our last exchange.

If you fill in a form in one of my ads on Facebook or Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), I receive the information you enter there: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, city and your answer to the question about your current website.

This information is used solely to prepare a website mock-up for you and to get back to you about it. To create the mock-up, I also use the public information from your company's Google Business Profile (photos, reviews, opening hours). The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. It is deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange if no collaboration follows. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to mathieu@kohlmathieu.com.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. On every visit, technical data (IP address, browser, page visited, date and time) is processed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

The country derived from your IP address is used only to show the offer and prices for your region; the website does not store it.

I use Vercel Web Analytics to measure website traffic. It sets no cookies and produces only aggregated statistics, without identifying visitors.

If you accept them in the consent banner, the website loads the ad measurement tools of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). They set cookies that measure how well my ads perform, for example whether a visit from an ad led to a contact request.

Without your consent, none of these tools is loaded. Your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

Vercel, Resend, Google and Meta may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the Data Privacy Framework (EU–US and Swiss–US) or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, or object to its processing, by writing to mathieu@kohlmathieu.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
