How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope. A first useful automation typically starts between CHF 2,000 and 4,000. A complete business tool is usually between CHF 8,000 and 25,000. You get a fixed price after the analysis, before committing to anything.
How long before I can actually use it?
A focused automation can be live in 1 to 3 weeks. A full business application usually takes 6 to 12 weeks, with usable versions well before the end of the project.
Do I have to replace everything at once?
No, and I'd advise against it. We start with the most painful part, put it into production, then expand. Your current tools keep working throughout the transition.
What happens to my current spreadsheets?
They're imported into the new tool. You don't start from scratch and you keep your entire history.
Where is my data hosted?
In Switzerland or Europe, whichever you prefer. GDPR and FADP compliant, automatic backups, encrypted access. Your data doesn't go anywhere else.
What if I want to switch providers later?
You own the source code and it's documented. You can hand it to another developer or to your internal team whenever you want.
