n8n Automation Stack

Setup of a complete automation stack based on self-hosted n8n. Shopify orders are synced to a PostgreSQL database. Data is enriched and transformed at each step. A Telegram bot sends real-time notifications to the team. Over 15 workflows were created to cover different use cases. Synchronization is bidirectional between Shopify and the database. Errors are detected and reported automatically. The system runs 24/7 without intervention. Complete documentation was provided. The team was trained on workflow maintenance. Each workflow is designed in a modular way for easy future modifications. Logs are centralized and accessible via a dashboard. Automatic alerts warn in case of failure or anomaly. The stack is hosted on a Swiss server to guarantee data sovereignty. Performance is monitored continuously. The system eliminated manual data entry and significantly reduced human errors.
