It classifies incoming emails and generates automatic responses. The module uses the OpenAI API for classification and drafting. The application processes hundreds of orders daily. It reduced administrative management time by 60%. Notifications are handled by n8n pipelines. The dashboard displays key KPIs: revenue, margins, volumes. Each module was designed to be scalable. The React interface provides a smooth experience on desktop and mobile. The Node.js back-end exposes a documented REST API that powers all modules. The PostgreSQL database stores orders, customers, and supplier data. Asynchronous jobs handle heavy tasks like CSV exports and PDF report generation.
